It’s hard for people to reach out for help. Windsor and Sinclair University wanted to reassure their students that their feelings are valid and they’ll find support if they need it.
With this in mind, the Point Blank team and I created compassionate animated videos that give them all the information they need in a clear and kind way.
Learning Outcomes
The tricky thing about illustrated animation is accurately planning how each image will move. There were a few moments in the longer videos that truly did not move how I’d planned and I had to rethink their structure. Luckily, the puppet tool is a saviour even if I had to add a hundred anchors. Each project is a learning opportunity so, as long as I learn from an error, it’s not a mistake.
